Hi dillster!! You like it?? Well... First i made the render, then in Ps applied the wheel blur and finally in snapseed i made the background blur and other adjustments like one very cool option called drama... I think its like contrast, exposure, brightness, etc.... It's a very complete app.... Cheers!!
