Motion blur

It would be great if somehow you could recreate motion blur based on an animation for still images.  For example, spinning wheels on a car or spinning propellers on a plane or drone. I know this is acheivable in other CG packages

photohsop offers adequate motion blur i think

I disagree Oberfett, certainly for spinning wheels that aren't square on to the camera, PS's radial blur requires a workaround which isn't accurate to real world. It can be spotted a mile away. Cinema4d and other CG programmes allow the camera (physical) to have a shutter speed setting slow enough to catch motion from an animation. Why can't KS have this?
