Wasn't there a promise of a BIP thumbnail view some time ago.
What became of it?
Never did promise this. But it is certainly something that is on the list.
I was hoping we might see this in v3, but sadly not :-\

That should actually be in there now when you choose the preview panel in Windows and the get details on Mac. I will check if something went wrong in the distribution.
I hope you can see the thumbnails in the File -> Open recent menu?
Yeah - i can see the previews in the File - Open Recent menu - that's great!
But I can't see previews in the preview pane in the 'scenes' folder... :-\
We have identified the problem and it is fixed in the next update this week.
