Rendering a selective zone of my scene

Hello,
Is it possible to render a small part of my scene ?
I used to work on v-ray on rhino, and i can select a small part and render it.
It permit me to change a color of a piece without rendering the whole picture. Quite useful.

Region rendering is available as part of KeyShot Pro. You can also just show only this one part and hide the others.

You do know that KeyShot is always rendering? When you change the color of a piece you do see the impact instantly.
