Hi,

I have an issue where I've rendered an animation and once it had finished none of the labels that were on the model have rendered? It has also animated/moved parts of the model that were never told to move.

All labels and parts look fine on the editable animation but as soon as it renders out it does the problem above.

I'm using Keyshot 5.2 Pro and Keyshot 5.2 network queue. My CAD models are done on Autodesk Inventor. All updates are up to date.

Does anyone know a way of fixing this?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Euan

Hey Euan,

Was the original scene setup in KeyShot 5.2 or a previous version? Did you do any regrouping/changing of hierarchy in the scene tree?

Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
Rex

Hi Rex,

It was originally set up in Keyshot 5.2. Yes there was some changes in the hierarchy in the scene tree. That could be the problem, I've re-started the animation and I'll try not to touch the scene tree this time.

Thanks Rex

We have had that problem using the network render before and it would go away if we restarted the network render program on the queue pc (go to the little up arrow by the clock, right click on KS network queue and shut down).   It also happens on occasion with materials.

Yes this issue is due to regrouping/changing hierarchy in the scene tree. If you can reproduce from scratch and provide us with the steps we would be hugely grateful as we haven't had any luck reproducing on our end.

Thank you
