Rotate object around specified point

I'd like to be able to rotate an object around a point other than the center. Good for aligning the ends of objects in relation to other objects.

In KeyShot 6 you will have this ability.

Oh thank goodness. It's terrible that you rotate around an object's center with the gizmo, but numerically you rotate around zero. It's nearly impossible to rotate something exactly 7 degrees right now. You'll have to settle for 7.041 or something arbitrary like that.
