NIce. the background is a little distracting. I almost imaging it with a white band, but the work with the textures you did on that band are just superb.

Very nice Antoine. 

A section of the diamonds is blown out, but you could hide parts, use a different HDR or environment settings optimized for the stones, then combine the two renders in Photoshop. 

Maybe try adding a glint in Photoshop to that area?  Topaz Labs has an interesting Photoshop plugin called Topaz Star Effects that you may want to check out.
