Looks nice! I like the truck and how it fits in the background.
I do think the lights look a little "glowy", to use a technical term. haha. I think the front ones in the front grill look good, but the ones on the sides, in the taillights, and on the backrack seem to look like they have too much glow or spread to them.
A couple other considerations: I'm not an expert and may be wrong, but I think it would very rare for all strobe or flasher lights on a vehicle to be on simultaneously. Something tells me that would be a huge load on the electrical system and also hard to time with all different types and styles of light. Also, it might be nice to add a driver behind the wheel, even if just an obscure shape, something just looks missing for it to be a motion scene.
