When I try to download a material from the cloud the pop-up shown in the attached screenshot appears and it stays like that, stating that it is "Checking for access token". Also, I can't write anything in the e-mail and password fields.
Btw, I am logged into the cloud in the browser.
Any way to fix this?

I contacted Thomas yesterday about this. They are aware and working on a fix.
