Render farming

Hi all;

Many of you already know of Steve Seager and his 3doffthepage Rendering Farm.  Esben alerted me to them for a difficult pair of animations that would have taken me like weeks, even on 32 cores. 

I want to give these guys a special shout out for the exceptional service, quality and cost efficiency they gave me on this project, which took all of three hours to render!  I uploaded the files, and within minutes had an estimate.  Couple of hours later they popped up in my Dropbox!

So... bottom line.  don't be afraid of large projects, especially if you are running minimum cores.  And trust me, your clients will appreciate it!

Really great service.

I used them, as Bill, for a large animation project. It would probably have taken a week or so for me to render out on my own system, and 3dotp did it for a reasonable price in three hours. Much recommendable!
