Title: HP Z800, Increased from KS3.3.33 122 fps, to KS4.0.74 128fps

The recent post on Performance Estimation by Jiyang1018 reminded me that I should recheck my performance with KS 4.

The machine is unchanged since my test with KS 3.2:
  - HP Z800
  - Windows 7 Enterprise (64bit)
  - 32 GB RAM
  - Dual 6-core processors (Intel Xeon X5690 @ 3.47 GHz) hyper-threaded to 24 cores.
  - Just over 122 FPS

I first confirmed my speed with KS 3.3.33 was still 122fps, then I ran the test with KS 4.0.74 and got 128+ fps.  My math skills are not the best, but I think that's just barely under a 5% increase.

I forgot to run the test for 4.1.35, but now in 4.2.35 I'm up to 133 fps - about  a 3.5% increase over 4.0.74
