Camera move turns off DOF

Would be handy to have the option under preferences to say if you want DOF to toggle off when you move a camera position ... It gets blurry real quick anyway ...  Some might not want it to still be able to do minor adjustments to the camera without it turning off, thus the option in preferences perhaps ?

Perhaps instead of picking a focus point and setting the distance, have the option to lock the point instead and dynamically adjusting the focus distance if the camera is moved.
