HDR Light Studio

Hello everyone,
I have a version of KeyShot for ZBrush. I can not open the plug-in HDR light studio. Although the plugin is activated, an error message appears when I click on the hdr image. The message said: "There was a error while loading HDR Light Studio: you need to reinstall the application".
Does anyone have the same problem? What do you advise me to do? How can I change the .hdr images to add light points?

Hi Giovanni:
check the environment variables, it should be like this:
HDRLS_HOME_V4=C:\Program Files\Lightmap\HDR Light Studio 5
HDRLS_HOME_V5=C:\Program Files\Lightmap\HDR Light Studio 5

but if the HDRLS directory is not on C:\.... in that case you will have
to change the path to that directory where KeyShot is located.

Restart Windows.....
