Title: Spacemouse and Geometry View
Post by: Prof on December 23, 2018, 04:01:47 PM
Unlike the Realtime Window, Geometry View does not respect: Preferences/Interface/3dconnexion Settings/Invert Axis.

Win10, Keyshot 8, SpaceMouse Pro Wireless

Thank you. We will investigate it.

Slight correction. Geo View only exhibits this behavior when undocked and on another monitor.

On a side note... is there a way to keep the GV camera targeted on geometry?

Scratch both of those concerns... hopefully. I just gave them both another test after downgrading a fresh driver install, 386.07 on my P4000, and GV works as it should. This is probably a driver issue. That being said, GV has always been finicky for me. Fingers crossed.

I too experience this issue. With Active Camera as the camera type my 3D mouse behaves as expected. But with Perspective or Orthographic camera types it doesn't respect the invert axis. I'm using 3DxWare 10.4.2

Yep, I just gave it another try... Active Camera is fine... not the case with perspective and ortho. It's not a driver issue. I'm on 3DxWare 10.5.11, 3DxWinCore 17.5.11.15451.

I just updated my spacemouse driver to 3DxWare64_v10-5-12_r2890... no joy.
