Title: Importing Animated camera via FBX Keyshot 3
Post by: Zander85 on November 19, 2011, 10:16:57 AM
Anyone know how to import an animated camera/scene from maya via fbx in keyshot 3? I have imported the scene and I see the models and my camera in the project window. The problem is that when I click on animation I don't see anyway of either editing my animation from maya or anyway of actually playing the animation in KS3. Anyone know how to do this?

The FBX importer now supports part animation that can be imported and played back.

Maybe this function not implemented and will in the future.....

Yes, this feature is supposed to have been incorporated and it hasn't yet. It is a very important feature to me for my uses.  :(

Road block for us as well. I've tried target and free cams, baked the keys for cams and objects but to no avail. Lets see transforms for objects and cameras please:)
