Diamond Earring, Good or Bad?

Rendered this earring as a test. I'm still learning and practicing. What are your thoughts? Any tips or tricks to help me improve me render, or should a quit now LOL. Thanks

Looks very nice. I'd personally stay away from the ground reflection, or at leas make it more subtle.

It would also be good to give it a bit more light on the sides.
