Title: Table of all the Benchmarks - 27/01/2011
Post by: Pau1 on January 27, 2011, 04:13:34 AM
There's not much love for AMD!

If anyone has updated info then please let me know.
I'll try and keep it updated reasonably often!

It's nice to see them all at the same time. Thanks for putting that together.
I was an AMD fan... until I bought an i7.

Cheers guys, I was bored this morning and this is the result ;)

I'll benchmark my AMD system at home tonight and (hopefully) give a few Xeons a run for their money. I'll be getting a 6 core soonish.

I'll try and keep the list updated but don't expect it to be done daily.

Have you benchmarked your i7 cholton?

Those hex cores are nice - I built a PC for a friend who wanted one. Looking back, I wish I ran the benchmark on it before giving it back.

I have the i7 920 and was getting anywhere between 47-52 @ 2.66 GHz and up to 57 (OC'd @ 3.5 GHz). Pretty much the same as what other people had posted, so I didn't bother posting.

We have a few machines to add to the list. I'll get them benchmarked soon.

One is a dual socket hexcore AMD machine. It'll be interesting to see it's result vs our Intel dual westmere systems.

The "speedster" entry is incorrect- it's a new upgrade to Win 7 x 64 bit, with 16 GB.  Also, the fpsI reported is really wierd- see my updated post today.  I wish I had pulled a screenshot back then.  I have not tweaked, moved or anything the camera bip since the upgrade.

Feel the table should include keyshot version number.
I feel it is a important factor affecting fps.

Mine is 84, sometimes 84.6, sometimes 83.x.

jiyang1018 > sure it does need version number ... but if you check the post date of this table image and compare it to the release date of KS3 .............  ;)
