Post by: nachoriesco on March 04, 2015, 07:50:43 AM
Hi all
I share my latest KS render, it's a pendant of a cherub, sculpted with Zbrush, drape was made with Marvelous Designer, hope you like it!  ;)

This looks great as far as I can tell. Can you upload a bigger image?

Great, the silver part has a lot of depth! Excellent use of (I guess) the procedural textures. The fabric looks good too, though it is a little noisy. I am not sure that is the texture or the render settings. The gold/brass ball does by no means look bad, but compared to the silver it could use a bit more polish in the form of depth, probably mostly the bottom part.

I like how you divided the scene in two by using contrast and light in the background, and the fabric has a nice swooshy shape to it. Maybe you could experiment with manipulating that even more, though I can imagine that would result in a overly stylized picture too. Might be worth some tinkering.

Not too shabby!
