I suggest a complete uninstall and then re-install using the full installer from our website.

I am having this exact problem with keyshot_floating_w64_5.1.57 on HP Z800 machines. Keyshot seems to install fine but will never open. I have tried multiple restarts and cleaning the registry. I tried getting an updated version of the floating installer, but I can't find the floating installer download on the keyshot website.
