We have one floating license of KeyShot, but when the license is in use and another user tries to start KeyShot 2.1.25, there is no good feedback indicating that the floating license is in use.
The only window that pops up is the window where the license information is entered.
Is there any way to provide a better feedback to the users that there is no floating licenses available to use?

This means that the user can't access the server. When the floating license is in use, the message that pops up when another user is trying to access it says that all licenses are in use.
