whenever I open it, it crashes..
i have reinstalled a few times already..

Below is the Problem signature
Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: keyshot.exe
Application Version: 0.0.0.0
Fault Module Name: luxrender.so
Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0
