Hi, can you tell me how long license@luxion.com are taking to deal with KeyShot 6 license request please. There is no response or even auto-reply to license requests by email.
I made the mistake of installing KS6 and the Ceo3 plugin thinking my supported KS5 license serials would transfer... but I now have a plugin that wants to fire up KS6 from Creo and when it does, a "watermarked" hobbled version of KS6 starts, and can't be rilled back to KS5 seemingly without uninstalling KS5, KS6, plugins x 2....
If license@ are currently swamped by requests then perhaps its worth doing, but I hope to just get the KS6 running properly.
Thanks for any info - none forthcoming from Luxion so the community hopefully is more communicative.

I found the best way to contact Luxion is by directly calling them. They are usually pretty good about helping solving problems over the phone.
