Title: Koenigsegg One:1[Tuned]
Post by: diamond971 on November 25, 2015, 04:53:43 PM
Hello everyone.
After the events that took place in Paris, and that everyone has heard about  :'(, I needed to change my mind by modeling another car model  ;).
This time it is the Koenigsegg One: 1.
Usually this car had a specific Carpaint...I decided to change it(This is why i use the term"Tuned".
The overall geometry is accurate.
I await your comments about the pictures and how I could improve.
Thanks in advance.
See you soon !

Looking good, the carbon fibre needs some more scaling though. It's too distracting

OK, Thanks.
Will decrease the Carbon Fiber texture size.
Here are the 'New Carbon Version" ;D
I also change the exhaust part, add missing bolts on the rear wing and adjust the floor reflection)  ;)

looking much better with the carbon - Now it looks as if it's a little off canter. Front wheel looks as if it's floating rear as if it's sunk to far into the ground.

I think i would be tempted to change the ground plane colour too, it needs a contrasting tone to make the cars paint work pop that bit more.

Don't give in, keep pushing it - It's a great model, show it to its best :)

You know what.....i never see the camber problem  :o
Now it's obvious  >:(.I think i rotated the main body by mistake, wathever.
Thanks for let me see that.
I made some BG test and tweaks for the ground plane, but i don't find a really good match between the overall atmosphere and the change to make it "pop".
Many thanks, again.

Great car and great modeling. The carbon fiber looks much better. I think it just needs a different environment. Maybe try Nils' Open Garage. You can download here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/8k269zqfw2trnbd/garage_open_top.zip
