Title: Star Wars... Uh shapes?
Post by: 9thoracle on January 21, 2016, 08:11:59 AM
In my new position I am a little bit of a project manager/designer so I don't get to practice as much as I used to. Either way, I threw together this shape and wanted to practice LED lighting a little so I decided to make a Sith and a Jedi version.

*I do not own anything related to Star Wars; these shapes were simply inspired by Star Wars shapes/colors/and aesthetic.

This is a great start! Remember that Star Wars has a lot of mechanical designs. When you're dealing with modeling hard surface content live by these words and you can make some really excellent work!

Primary Shapes, Secondary Shapes, and Tertiary Shapes
think: Big, Medium, Small

That way you end up having a very interesting silhouette and design!
