Is it still possible to upgrade from KeyShot 4 Pro to KeyShot 6 Pro?
4-5 months ago I sent an email to KeyShot asking this question and I received an email (saying yes) with a quotation to use when I was ready to upgrade. Annoyingly I have lost that email.
I now want to upgrade but when I go to the Keyshot upgrade page I enter my serial and am told "Your product is not eligible for upgrade. You will need to buy a new license."
Is it now the case you can not upgrade from 4 to 6?
