I have the following system specification :
Windows 8.1 64 Bit
Keyshot Version : 6
I downloaded today, a trial version of the keyshot, to try in one of the projects. But as soon as I try importing a file, it shows a windows dialog, showing "Keyshot 6 has stopped working", forcing me to close it.
I suspect windows explorer or some windows update (KB xxxxxxx) is doing the trouble.
Can you figure it out what is causing this error. Urgent help is needed as I need to render my solidworks 2014 and 2015 files by Sunday and show in my project.

Do you have a Dell computer?
This issue you describe can be caused by dells backup and recovery utility, or Alienware-Respawn.
Please try to update that software to the latest version, or uninstall it.
I already uninstalled the Dell Backup and Recovery. I have the following Dell Software with me. But I don't think I will be able to uninstall all of them.
Even after uninstalling Dell Backup and Recovery and restarting, the problem remains.
We have not experienced issues with those utilities.
Please make sure all device drivers (Graphics card and peripherals)on you computer are up to date.
