We are using Network Renderer V6.2.105 and installed it like in the manual described. Everything seems to be OK, but if we queue a job for rendering nothing happens.
During or investigation we realized that every slave is inactive out of the box. So we tried to change the slave schedule but if we enter our credentials in the network queue the program crashes immediately. (please see attached video)
After long investigations we found that the Network Configuration Wizard creates a wrong configuration in the master.db which is locale depended. (With locale i mean the regional settings from windows) The Network Rendering Master only works correct if i change the locale to English.
Hello dsw,
What locale are you using exactly?
Thanks
/Morten
in this case it was thai locale.
