Hello,
I am running version 6.3.19 on a mac. I can no longer download from the cloud library. In Preferences, it says I'm not logged into the cloud, although I did log in. From what I read in other posts in the forum, it's recommended to reinstall the Keyshot cloud Handler app. How do I go about doing this ? Must I reinstall Keyshot from scratch to do this, or is there a Keyshot Cloud Handler app that can be downloaded?
Thanks
I'm having the exact same issue on OSX. Very frustrating as I really need the materials on the cloud library! Looks like other people recently have had the same problem in the 6.3 updated.
I tried reinstalling. Changing the permissions in system preferences. Resetting emails. nothing has worked yet.
Yes I'm wondering if it's the new update as well, as I could access the cloud in the previous version.
I'm also having this issue.

I emailed support@luxion.com, and I was told they are working on a fix. Luckily, there is a simple workaround in the meantime. With KeyShot and your browser in the same desktop space as each other, just drag the materials or any other resources you wish to download from your browser window onto the KeyShot window. You will be asked to enter your login information. Once you do, those resources will show up in the Downloads folder within the Materials/Environments/Backplates/Textures tabs.
Thanks very much for your replies, monson67 and TpwUK, the workaround works.
