Hi

Windows 7, 64 bit
KeyShot 5, 64
Model from Solidworks 2012 x64

This is a problem with ALL models I use. I ready the KS model, adjust lighting and color, hit Render: At the end, the rendering looks different from what I have on the KS screen, example:

Lighting background turns into 100% white background
There seems to be brighter lighting, many parts are "washed out" from excess light

How can the rendering look different than what I have on screen?

Hard to tell what is going on. Can you share a scene?

Also, you are running KeyShot 5 which is a couple of years old. Did you just now notice that?

Thanks. Attached 2 images.

A) screenshot from my KS screen
B) Rendering: The vignetting dissappeared and it shows a white background instead

Maybe it is time to install a new version of KS...

Hello Nick,

Do you by chance have include alpha enabled in the Render dialog->Output ?
Also Image A does not seem to be uploaded.

Please also provide the render-settings you use.

Did you let the render finish - I think it applies the vignette at the end of the render.
