Title: Is this render possible in Keyshot?
Post by: LuizC on March 22, 2017, 10:49:39 AM
Hi folks,

First time using KeyShot. Trying to render an image like the attached file.  Two days and no progress.  Any help is welcome.

Thanks

Hi Luiz,

Can you share your rendering, to see what progress you have made and so we can help critique?

Hello LuizC.

Didn't have the time to do it perfectly - so quick'n'dirty should be enough for the moment.

How about this?

Thank you INNEO,

I liked the light but what I need more is the material.

Hi Luiz.
Have you tried out the 'metallic paint' material?
Try to spend a few minutes adjusting the settings here. Should bring you close to what you are after.
Just remember that the lighting plays a big role on how reflective surfaces look.

Best,

Hello Luiz.

I've got not the exactly idea, what you're trying to achieve. But done some improvements on the material and the lighting.

Maybe you would share your experience results?

Hope that helps

Cheers
