Title: Move tool overly sensitive
Post by: MikeSJ on April 23, 2017, 05:33:56 AM
When using the move tool, a lot of the time it becomes extremely sensitive to my mouse movement. Just a little movement can sometimes whisk my object right off the screen! I end up having to just put my object in the general area I want it and then manually adjust the translation coordinates to get it just in the right spot as precision movement is almost impossible. I know it's not the mouse itself as I've tried three different ones so far.

Has anyone experienced this problem, and is there a fix, or am I doing something wrong? I'm using Keyshot 6.3 on Windows 7 Pro.

Yes, I sometimes just use numerical input when I want the most control. When it happens again, try exiting the move tool and right-click the object and select 'look at' to reset the look-at point. That might help.

Thanks,  Will. I'll give it a try.
