I've just upgraded to the latest version and when I first import a model file from PROE into Keyshot it works ok but if I close Keyshot down and try to import the SAME model again Keyshot crashes everytime. With the #error signature Offsett:00000000000347e

It imports other data ok. The only way I can get it to work again with the original model is if I shut down my PC and try again.

any ideas?

Hi Thomas:

I'm sorry for my hasty post :-[ - this seems to have been a tessellation issue and is model specific. It imports fine when I increase the quality at import. Sorry about that - I had just upgraded to the latest version and feared the worst as I'd never had Keyshot crash on me before. Just a coincidental error.
