hi,

This is Samantha from you reseller in Taiwan, Gemhorn.

Our customer had a problem when he assigns to another PC rendering, once it sets que, it cannot be canceled it. (looks gray color)

product: Keyshot 5.99 pro
User's OS: win7
rendering OS: win10

This user needs admin permission to cancel any job. He can assign as an admin or every user needs admin permissions.
