Title: Help! Could Not Initialize Keyshot!
Post by: Xidor on March 03, 2011, 07:27:01 AM
I got this warning on 2 separate files of the same model.

I'm using Keyshot 2.2.33 on a Macbook Pro. The Mac is on OSX 10.5.8, 4gb RAM and is a 3.06 ghz dual.

Anyone know what is causing this? It's rather frustrating as I have a deadline today!

Thanks for any insights.

Update to 2.2.45 and your issues will be resolved.

HELP!
I'm using 2.2.45 and I've been getting this warning on quite a few files in the last week when I try to open files I had been working with the day before.
Is there a way to open the files, or are they corrupted?
The file it just did it to I need for a project today, and I have to bring in some new parts to match this camera angle.

Thanks

Are you opening or importing the bip file?

If you can send me the file we can take a look to see what's causing this.

It is happening when I open some files. I'm sending the file to you via YouSendIt

Thanks,
