Title: Own backplate shoot and testing
Post by: Nils Piirma on August 10, 2017, 02:22:58 AM
Yesterday after work I went off to a place many people may have noticed,
Last year i created a CGI scene of this place and yet i failed to catch all the details, here's the outcome of yesterday's shoot and putting it all together in to one shot.

Great backplate. I think you've matched it up just about dead on. Something about where the sun is hitting directly up at the top of the wall - Looks higher in the sky there and lower in the sky on the car... I think.

Nice shot and thanks for the backplate :)

Could be wrong, but it looks like there is a lot of indirect light, so an overcast day I suspect...

Have you ever tried using using a pass to create some dust and grime on one of your cars? Might add a touch of character.
