Title: HELP! Application of two different materials on each side of a sheet

I have a sheet which has different colours on each side,I would like to know to do it.

Please help.

You could split the two surfaces to apply separate materials, or use a label on one side. Hard to see what the best approach is without a visual or better explaination, but hopefully those suggestions are a start.
