Hi,
I've been using **Shot for a while now and since upgrading to Keyshot I've noticed a bug with the textures (mapped images) not appearing in the ground reflections as the image is res-ing (spelling?) up on screen. It appears in the render fine but just appears grey (diffuse colour) in the ground reflection on screen.
Any ideas??

I can't reproduce this. Can you share an example?

See image attached - this is done using general materials and either .tga or .jpg textures.

Indeed. Simply change the material, and then reapply the texture under the color map button.
We will look into this.
