Title: Sci-Fi smoke grenade design
Post by: Masoud Zangi on September 24, 2017, 11:22:23 PM
I designed this grenade to warm up with my new modeling tool "fusion360" and as a scene set for my upcoming weapon design. But i thought it deserves a single hero shot. Comments are  welcome as always.

Honestly. Looks fantastic. How is Fusion 360 ? I have been using Rhino for a while. Is it possible to export UV with Fusion ?
Great work

Thanks for your kind comment. Fusion360 is my first ever cad solution so i cant tell how it is in comparison with rhino. To me as a modo/maya/zbrush modeler it's a super fast and accurate modeling app. Because of nurbs like tech behind fusion360 there's no uv with exported stl or maybe I'm wrong.

Fusion 360 is amazing and these materials are amazing, very nice. I like the trapezoid shapes circling the top of the grenade.

You're not wrong. Fusion 360 doesn't do UV.
