So, inspired by people sharing various screen grabs of MatGraph setups, Here is my craziest setup so far. Its a Kowa Lens for a machine vision camera, and the STL file came to me blank. Granted most of them are labels, but it was a little hairy keeping all the projection types working correctly. Especially when I figured out that with any mapping besides UV, you can't scale the object and have the labels stick. So this is actually my second go-round.
That's impressive !

Image 1&2 - Not too crazy, but here's one showing how to create a label with minimal graphics and only one piece of geometry. I was a bit pleased when I made this one.
Image 3&4 - I never did anything with because it was too complex. Mat graph is great fun, but in the end I always consider the complexity vs the results. In my opinion, the results weren't good enough to warrant the complex material graph.
Image 4&5 - Today, I much prefer a simple/elegant material graph, such as the final example I attached.
