In my spare moments at work I came up with this as sort of a follow-up to my competition submission. Modeled in SolidWorks as two separate bodies, the inner is an emissive material with a spherically mapped gradient and the outer is a cloudy plastic with a toon material label to create the blue edges and a noise texture for the bump. Hope you like it!
