Title: Removing my queue renders
Post by: Lei on November 14, 2017, 07:34:49 AM
Hi,

Is there a way to remove all the queue'd images to be rendered on my queue without having to click Render>Queue, as this always results into crashing KeyShot, therefore i cannot remove or process the queue itself.

Long story short, I rendered an animation and there are frames which consist of black spots and dots therefore I listed all affected frames and trying to set up a queue render to render all affected frames. I believe i've set up around 27 images on queue, which caused my KeyShot to crash.

Thank you in advance,

Lei

You can delete the queue by going into your Documents/Keyshot 7 (or Keyshot 6) / Scenes folder and deleting the file: "q.xml"

The next time you open Keyshot the queue will be gone.

If it still crashes, try deleting any ".ext" and ".ext.geom" files you find there as well.
