how do I get this undergration in the VR?

Add a ground plane (edit>add geometry>ground plane), then in ground plane material properties, adjust reflection strentgth

No is not the Solution for the Problem.
It looks as if the ring was inserted there mirrored and then laid a course over it.

You will have to add an Opacity texture on the Ground Plane material to achieve the gradient in the reflections.

Attached is an example scene and rendering.
There are Model Sets for a simple and more complex solution. The complex solution will work better for dynamic animations or KeyShotXR.
