Title: One way ticket
Post by: Hossein Alfideh on December 18, 2017, 08:03:51 AM
Hi everyone
It's good to be back here.
I'd like to share my latest work with you guys. The concept is a little bit different this time. It's about a dream I had a month ago.I barely remember every detail but I wrote down some general stuff about the scene. The very first thing I remembered was a floating station in space where you could see a planet very close,a few people walking and waiting.this might be the side effects of watching sci-fi movies  :D
So I searched a bit to see if similar images exist and luckily found some interesting stuff that helped me to add the details.
This was a sweet dream for me and I hope you feel the same by looking at this scene.  :)
Cheers!

I was wondering when we'd see another image from you! The thing that jumps out to me is that the woman standing nearest the camera looks to be floating a bit... like shadow doesn't seem to be right under her foot.

Definitely different, but interesting.

Cool stuff ! There are some interesting reflections on the side of the train. Regarding the woman, it does look a bit weird, but i don't know if it is exactly because of the shadow. The lighting of the photo doesn't match the lighting of your scene. Maybe you can try it without the woman? The two people in the back still help to know what's going on and they look much better and in context. Just thinking out loud. Nice mood anyways, and great job !

Thanks Nico for taking a look!
I really appreciate it dude. :)
you know I'm not a fan of using people in my pictures really in photoshop and I prefer to go all geometry to be accurate in lighting but this time I tried to import a plane and match the perspective with the scene and applied diffuse material.the woman looks brighter than the station and I think thats because she's standing on the end of the station where there is no roof to block the light source from left side as it's visible in the clay.

Really love this image. The reflection on the train and the mood is awesome. Nothing more to add except what's been said.
