Title: Applying a logo (label) across multiple materials at one time
Post by: ldichiara on January 04, 2018, 10:40:24 AM
Good afternoon - I am trying to apply a label that step repeats itself across an entire surface of my object however the surface is split into areas that have different material assignments to them (textured metal versus smooth metal, for example) - I want the logo to appear consistent so I would want to use it just once across the entire surface. Is there a way to do this? At the moment if I assign the label to my part it maps fine but I'm not sure if there is a way to get it to apply to all of the areas at once?

Thank you

Lenny

Hi Lenny. In KeyShot 7, there's center on part and center on model texture center on modes. You can achieve this if you apply the same texture at the same scale, centered on the whole model on each material.
