Title: Keyshot changes my model.
Post by: detwan on January 05, 2018, 06:53:37 AM
Hello everyone,

I'm new to keyshot and have some problems. I made a Solidworks model and now want to render it with Keyshot. However after importing it, my model looks different than the one I made in Solidworks. I added some screenshots to show this. Isn't it weird? I saved and imported the models as a .STEP file, since .SLDASSEM gave an error message. If anyone could help, that'd be great.
Thank You! Detwan.

Wow. I could be so creative in this space. Definitely speaks design.

Did you ever tried ...
... using the plugin?
... another neutral format like parasolid?
... thicken the shell and work with bodies instead of surfs?
