Print Page - Model Not Importing

Title: Model Not Importing

Hi all,

I am currently running KS6.0 with SolidWorks 2017. My SW model looks fine, but once imported into KS it is gone (see images below). Anyone know what's happening? Any advice much appreciated.

What file format are you importing into KeyShot? Native SW file? I'd try a couple types and see if it helps. Try step or parasolid.

Thanks Will,

SW and STEP, same result unfortunately. Files are not imported via plugin, they are imported into a new KS session.

I'm just about to upgrade to KS7.2, so will see if that helps. However, I use SW2017 and KS7.2 at work, it is prone to unusual results as well (although not a complete loss of data, like the bug above).

Are you an independent moderator Will? Have we lost KS support on this forum since Mr T moved on?
