Is this designed and worked on in a group? How do you sketchboard out your ideas?
I understand that practice makes perfect and so on, but as a beginning modeler, I find your work very intimidating. How on Earth do you sub-d model something like this(?)

Ha! You expressed it perfectly. I'd probably finish something like this in, like, 4 years and with an unnecessary high poly count.
