Title: Ground Shadow won't turn back on

I turned off Ground Shadows in the Environment tab to do a quick shadowless render and now the shadows won't return when I set Ground Shadows back to 'on'. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how did you fix it?

What version are you using? In 7.2 there was a known issue with the ground shadows:

From the 7.2 release notes (known issues)
Files saved with Ground Shadows disabled will not show Ground Shadows when enabled after saving and reopening. To get them back, enable Ground Shadows, save and reopen.

This has been fixed in 7.3 so if you haven't updated, you may want to.

Files saved with Ground Shadows disabled will now show Ground Shadows when enabled after saving and reopening.
