Title: DeLorean DMC-12
Post by: Danthedesigner on April 25, 2018, 04:48:16 PM
This is my first attempt at rendering a car in Keyshot! I was going for a retro-style lighting and dramatic composition. The 3D model had a few surface issues when importing so I had to do some post-processing in Photoshop. As always, c&c are appreciated!

Hey! Although i like the lighting, i think you are losing the core of this car. It's iconic colour ! That right side looks way better than the one affected with the lights. Also, i don't think the cropping is helping here. Nice model though, where'd you get it?

Thanks for the advice! I'm going to try and get better flushing out my ideas for the rendering before locking in a direction. I also need to start spending more time on camera and lighting techniques.

I got it from https://www.viz-people.com/portfolio/free-3d-models-cars/ (https://www.viz-people.com/portfolio/free-3d-models-cars/)
