models imported from blender defaults to its T pose. it displays correctly in autodesk fbx review.
I m not sure KS fbx importer support deformation meshes if that's what you re looking for....if thats the case try abc cache (alembic)

if done right you can reload your FBX and do not have to manually assign them to the materials.
